If you have the Hair Fair Bandana Day kit it is because you will be creating a Bandana for Hair Fair 2016 that will be sold by the Hair Fair Committee exclusively.

Bandana Day in Second Life, started in 2007, It’s a day we encourage people from all over SL to remove their hair and wear bandanas decorated by Residents (not just hair creators!) grid wide.

The Bandana’s in this Kit have been created by Mel Vanbeeck ,and are not to be used for anything other than Bandana Day Bandanas.

Hair Fair 2014 Landmarks

Hair Fair is now open to the public! To make your shopping experience easier, you can use the slurls below to teleport directly to each brand’s booth. I have seen awesome previous over the past few days and I cannot wait to be able to get in. It will run starting today, July 12th, till July 27th which will also be Bandana Day. Hair Fair is an annual charity event that benefits Wigs for Kids made possible by numerous sponsors, designers, shoppers, and supporters. Last year, Hair Fair was able to donate $16,165.85 and we should aim higher this year! To make it convenient for shoppers, you can join the official Hair Fair DEMO group which is absolutely FREE to join to demo all the fabulous hairstyles you can get at the event.

Hair Fair 2013

It’s that time of the year again! Hair Fair 2013 will open it’s doors this Saturday, July 13, and end on the 28th. The good thing about shopping in events such as Hair Fair is the fact that a certain percentage of hair packs benefit charity groups such as Wigs for Kids – a charity group focusing on hair replacement for children dealing with illnesses causing hair loss. I am addicted to SL shopping and it makes me feel awesome (and less guilty) knowing that my “addiction” is actually helping somebody.

To make the shopping experience convenient, designers will be sending out demos on the 12th for you to try out in the official Hair Fair DEMO Group.
