Innocence and Bushy Brows

Are you ready? Skin Fair 2014 is right around the corner! Join the Pale Girl Productions Info Group to keep updated. Copy and paste this link on local chat “secondlife:///app/group/2604ff63-a0ce-16c3-4675-48d760dc5332/about” without the quotation marks. Over 120 brands are participating this year with skins and cosmetics that will cater to men, women, children, mesh avis, and more. The fair will be occupying three sims which means more people can come and shop at the same time. Please be warned though that they will be enforcing a script limit. Wear as little as possible but make sure it is appropriate and by appropriate it means PG appropriate. Skin Fair will open on March 14th and end on March 30th. I will be posting the landmarks and maps on the 13th. Prepare those wallets ‘coz I sure did almost empty out mine :P. Continue reading “Innocence and Bushy Brows”

On my Way

The Sugar Garden made me buy a new skin again! I couldn’t resist it after trying a demo because it just looked so youthful and cute. Each tone of “Hope” comes in a bust/no bust option, 5 brow options (no brows, red, brown, blonde, and black), and also a soft or toned body. It is available at Skin Fair 2013 which is open till the end of this month. While you are there, be sure to check out the other booths as well and show your love and support for some of the most talented skin creators.

I picked up these super kawaii Tee*fy top and skirt from Collabor88 for 188L$ each. Keep in mind that it is 100% mesh and comes in 5 sizes – XXS, XS, S, M, and L. It is perfect for spring and I felt so feminine when I wore it. I especially love the shadowing details which creates a very realistic dimension.

The Boutique is a new bi-monthly event hosted by The Liaison Collaborative and tons of awesome brands are featured on their first round! I am wearing a necklace and bracelet from Cae who I might add, never fails to deliver stunning pieces.  You can get each piece separately or as a set although I should point out that you’d be able to save a lot when you purchase the set.

Curves

I mentioned in my last post that it is my first time wearing mesh breasts and that I was a bit clueless about it. To be honest, at first when I saw some avis wearing it, I didn’t know if I like it or not because it made them look like they’ve gone from a B cup to triple Ds. I really wasn’t expecting that I would love getting a boob job this much! Nothing bad with getting an extra lift, eh?

There are a few mesh breasts brands out in the market and the Lolas Tango is one of the most popular. The list of skin creators and clothing designers making appliers for the Lolas Tango is getting longer by the day so you won’t have a problem re-inventing yourself after getting a boost. I am a big fan of youthful looking skin that is why I chose one from The Sugar Garden.

Curves (A)

Moving on to the fitting and modifying of the Lolas Tango – as I have said I did encounter some minor problems but it’s mostly my fault for not reading the user manual included in the package. Yes, I am one of those people who hates being told what to do (one of my many flaws ^_^). Before I end up breaking things, I finally read the manual and after doing so, everything was a piece of cake. One thing to point out though is the bigger you make them, the less visible the seams would be (I photoshopped the seams showing on mine). Take the jump for a better view of my boob job! ^_^

One Community, ONE VOICE

“Opportunity makes a thief.” – Francis Bacon

I really do appreciate the time and effort that content creators give to bring us high quality products. Without them, this blog would not have existed. That is why it is deeply saddening (and infuriating) that some people can just steal from a legit creator and claim a product to be his/her own.

One Voice

On July 9th, you can be part of the ONE VOICE revolution! Although one of the main purpose of ONE VOICE is to help Gala Phoenix (CURIO) raise enough funds for legal fees, this revolution also aims to safeguard the rights of content creators and promote awareness.

A number of designers will be participating in this event, placing out items that will be for sale (with the proceeds either split with Gala or donated in full). Some of the confirmed brands are: Gos, Belleza, Glam Affair, League, Ingenue, Aura, OneBadPixel, Exile, Luck ink, A.D.D.
