Warrior Princess

“I learned that courage was not the absence of fear, but the triumph over it. The brave man is not he who does not feel afraid, but he who conquers that fear.” – Nelson Mandela

This look was inspired by [sYs] Design‘s new release at Shoetopia – the Zori Tabi. As soon as I saw it on flickr, I knew I had to have it! A girl can never have too many shoes :P. I mixed and matched pieces from Shi and Diram to complete the warrior princess outfit.

Some might wonder why I painted the blue, red, yellow, and white colors. It wasn’t random! It represents the Philippines. I was asked to be part of a medical team who will be flying tonight to reach out to the Typhoon Haiyan victims. This is a great opportunity to give back for the numerous blessings I have received this year. Enjoy your weekend! ❤  Continue reading “Warrior Princess”
